Each player is permitted exactly one badpkr account. Duplicate accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — are prohibited. If detected, all duplicate accounts will be closed and combined balances may be forfeited following investigation.

To register and use a badpkr account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: badpkr takes age verification seriously. We may request documentary proof of age at any time — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or during a periodic account review. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be permanently closed and any remaining balance will be assessed in accordance with applicable regulations.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms. badpkr reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit balances where it is established that fraudulent or inaccurate information was provided.
badpkr is required to verify the identity of its players as a condition of responsible and compliant operation. The KYC process may be triggered at registration, before a first withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or during periodic account reviews.
badpkr aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending the completion of any outstanding KYC requirement. Players are encouraged to complete their KYC proactively to avoid delays when they wish to withdraw.
Your data is secure: All KYC documents submitted to badpkr are stored with industry-standard encryption and are used exclusively for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes. badpkr accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit originates from a payment account belonging to someone other than you — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and your account being reviewed.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are processed instantly. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits typically clear within minutes. Bank IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. badpkr is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's systems or banking infrastructure.
Currency: All badpkr transactions are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved at any stage of your badpkr experience.
Withdrawals can only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. You must have completed any applicable KYC verification. Any bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be met before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money balance (funds deposited by you) may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification requirements.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day vary by account tier and are displayed in your account dashboard. Players requiring higher limits should contact support to discuss their account level.
badpkr does not charge withdrawal fees on any payment method. If your payment provider charges a fee on their end, that is outside of badpkr's control and will not be reimbursed.
Withdrawal to source: badpkr reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit payment method in cases where anti-money laundering procedures require it. In such cases, we will notify you and process the return as promptly as possible.
All bonuses offered by badpkr — including the Welcome Bonus, weekly reload offers, cashback, and any other promotional credit — are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered the required number of times on eligible games before the bonus amount or associated winnings can be converted to real-money withdrawable funds.
badpkr actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to meet rollover requirements while minimising real financial risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, badpkr reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and restrict future bonus eligibility for the affected account.
badpkr's VIP Club offers tiered loyalty rewards including cashback, enhanced odds, and priority support. VIP rewards are governed by the specific terms published on the VIP Club page. badpkr reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme with reasonable notice to affected players.
All bets placed on badpkr are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of your bet — including the event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming. badpkr will not reverse a correctly placed and confirmed bet on the basis that you changed your mind.
Minimum bet: Rs 200. Maximum bet per selection varies by market and event, as displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. badpkr reserves the right to limit maximum stakes for individual players or markets where necessary.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:
In-play betting markets on badpkr are live during events. Odds change rapidly and bets are accepted at the price displayed at the time of confirmation. Temporary market suspensions during in-play events are normal — during suspension, new bets cannot be placed. badpkr is not liable for any inability to place in-play bets during temporary suspensions.
Pakistan Super League betting markets are governed by standard cricket betting rules supplemented by PSL-specific rules where applicable. Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) outcomes are treated as official results. Full match-specific rules are published alongside each market on the PSL Betting page. Weather and pitch-related issues are covered under the void bet provisions in clause 8.3.
The Aviator Game and similar crash-format games on badpkr use a provably fair random number generator. The crash point for each round is determined by a cryptographic seed committed before the round begins — this means the outcome is fixed before any bets are placed and cannot be altered. Players can verify any past round using the seed verification tool in their account. In the event of a technical failure during a round, the round will be settled at the multiplier recorded at the point of failure for any bets that were active.
Real-money Ludo matches on badpkr are played according to standard Ludo rules with the specific format (quick match or tournament) published on the Ludo Games page. Disconnections during a match are handled as follows: a 60-second reconnection window is provided; if the player does not reconnect within this window, the match result is determined by the current game state at the point of disconnection.
Andar Bahar is played according to traditional rules. The house edge and RTP for each Andar Bahar table are displayed on the table selection screen. All dealing is conducted by a certified live dealer with full video feed. In the event of a technical failure during a hand, the hand will be replayed from the point of the last confirmed dealing action if technically feasible, or voided and stakes returned if a replay is not possible.
badpkr cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any game or bet affected by a technical error — whether in the platform, the player's device, or the player's internet connection — beyond the provisions described in this section. Outcomes confirmed and settled before a technical error is identified will not be reversed.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on badpkr. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:
Reporting suspicious activity: If you become aware of another player engaging in prohibited conduct, you can report it to support@badpkr.bet. Reports are treated confidentially and investigated by our integrity team.
badpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, is at risk of harm from continued gambling, or where we are required to do so by law or regulation. Where an account is suspended for investigation, we will endeavour to communicate the reason within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions on disclosure.
You may request the closure of your badpkr account at any time by contacting our support team at support@badpkr.bet. Before closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after satisfying any outstanding verification requirements. Uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. badpkr will attempt to contact you via your registered contact details before taking any action on a dormant account. A dormant account management fee may be applied in accordance with applicable regulations.
All content on the badpkr Platform — including but not limited to logos, branding, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, odds data, and audio-visual elements — is the property of badpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. Any copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of Platform content without express written permission from badpkr is strictly prohibited.
badpkr provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous uptime and accurate odds, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.
